Fab Friday Find: Darling
I’m loving al the graphic knits around at the moment. This Jcrew one – although very pricey – is just so, well, darling. Play up the cheekiness of the sweater for night or play it down with tougher fabrics – like black leather – for 9 to 5.

Outfit post: Pink and camo

Wearing: Sussan top, Witchery jacket, Emerson for Big W jeans, Wittner heels, Zara bag, Sportsgirl sunglasses, Colette earrings.
I wore this outfit to a casual date with my hubby over the weekend. I really like how the camo green jacket dresses down the fuchsia shirt (see how I wore this same shirt here)
As we enter the month of love I’m looking forward to wearing more red and pink themed ensembles – have you got plans for Valentines day? What will you be wearing?

Outfit post: Expensive
Wearing: Veronika Maine dress (worn as a top) and coat, Trenery skirt, Jcrew belt, Innui heels, Zara bag, Asos cuff, Witchery ring, Sportsgirl sunglasses
These were some of the other shots from the what I wore challenge. There is something about different shades of camel that is just so expensive-looking. The deep burgundy also adds more richness. Yum.
Also trend alert – this red wine colour will be big again next winter – its being renamed ‘oxblood’ and is everywhere overseas at the moment – here, here, here.
Outfit post: Perfect Pink
Outfit post: New favourite
Wearing: Sportsgirl dress, shoes and sunglasses, Veronika Maine jacket,Jcrew belt, Zara bag, Colette and Diva bangles.
You’re going to be seeing a lot of this dress. It ticks so many boxes for me – structured, collared, a chambray colour and shape that can be styled so many way – oh and it was half price. Please don’t cry.
It’s really starting to feel like spring and I’m welcoming it with open arms – and my new dress.
Outfit post: grey Tee – 3 ways: Take 2
Fab Friday Finds: Oversized clutches
Fab Friday Finds: Knits
Well hello Friday – so nice to see you again. For this week’s Fab Friday Finds – we’re looking at knits:
If you are big busted and short-waisted (story of my life) then a deep V fine wool knit like this treasure from Countryroad is the way to go. Its cozy without being bulky and available in heaps of rad colours – like this delicious plum. Bless.
While I love the idea of a long draped cardi like this Zara one – so carefree and chic – in reality it can be hard to pull off unless you are fairly slim and have a bit of height on your side. If you carry your weight in your bottom half this style will just grab it in a very unflattering way. It also has the potential to look a little frumpy and bulky on us shorter folk.
A draped or ‘waterfall’ style cardi like this one is great at disguising a belly. This one from Ojay is a great basic colour which loves all the jewel tones around this season and of course your foundation colours like black, brown, navy – the whole gang. But you knew that already.
Happy Friday!!
One piece 3 – ways: Burgundy blouse – Work
This burgundy colour is so popular for Winter. I love the richness it brings to an outfit. It is also so easy to mix and match with other pieces in your wardrobe. First up, a pencil skirt combo for office hours.
